This 100-300mm HDPE Double Wall Corrugated Pipe Extrusion Machine / DWC Pipe machine is equipped of two set single screw extruders, double layer structure extrusion die head, corrugated pipe forming machine, water cooling tank, cutting machine and DWC pipe stacker. The double wall corrugated pipe / DWC pipe has features of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high strength, less weight, flexibility, etc. It is used for various purposes such as building rainwater pipes, underground drainage pipes, sewage pipes, ventilation pipes, and fiber optic cable protection.

This model 100-300mm HDPE double wall corrugated pipe extrusion machine / DWC pipe machine could produce 100mm, 160mm, 200mm, 300mm double wall corrugated pipes. The two set high efficient single screw extruder is SJ75/33 with 90KW main motor and SJ65/33 with 55KW main motor for high output. We also have UPS for the corrugated pipe forming machine. This design is to prevent power cut off. The UPS will drive the corrugated pipe forming machine continuous working for couple of minutes to push the pipe out of the machine, so it will not stick to the calibration molds.
