Working Flow PP PE plastic washing line (500kg/h for example)
--- Belt conveyor: feeding the plastic film/bags/bottles into the crusher. If there is any scrap metal inside the material, semi-auto metal detector is suggested.
--- Plastic crusher: with water, crush plastic film/bags into small size (size is adjusted as buyer request)
--- Friction washing loader machine: washing the material with high-speed friction force and loading out the material into floating washing tank.
--- Floating washing tank: washing out the sand, soil and dirty from the material
--- Screw loader: loading the material to the next step
--- Horizontal friction washing dewatering machine: with high rotary speed washing out dirty and remove dirty water
--- Floating washer tank: washing out the dirty from the material
--- Friction washing loader machine: washing the material with high speed friction force and loading out the material
--- Dewatering machine: remove the water from the material with centrifuge force.
--- Hot air drying system: drying the material, to reduce the moisture.
--- Storage hopper: collect the material
--- Control cabinet: control the complete washing line
