This rigid PE PP plastic granulating machine with 28-33:1 LD single screw extruder, is specially designed for the rigid plastic scraps and bottle flakes recycling and pelletizing. We have single stage plastic granulating machine and double stages plastic pelletizing machine line. The double stage / rank plastic granulating machine line has double filter. This machine can provide more effective processing section, great plasticization and filtration performance for rigid flakes. This system includes double filtration and triple degassing process, can make sure reliable and stable quality of plastic granules / pellets as final products.
The plastic granulating recycling machine is composed of screw feeder, force feeder, single screw extruder, hydraulic screen changer, die head, pellet cutter, dewatering machine, cyclone silo, etc.
