HDPE Cable Duct Pipe Making Machine / Corrugated Pipe Production Line

HDPE cable duct pipe making machine could produce different diameters double wall corrugated pipes which could be used as cable duct pipes. The internal wall is smooth for easy inserting the electric cables, while the external layer is corrugated, it could save pipe cost and provide strong pipes for anti press, impact. This kind of double wall corrugated cable duct pipes have ligher weight for easy transportation and move. The HDPE double wall corrugated pipe making machine also could produce for water drainage pipes. 

There are two set single screw extruders in the HDPE cable duct pipe making machine / corrugated pipe production line. One extruder is to produce interal smooth layer, another extruder is for external layer extrusion. This kind of pipe could be produced with different color in internal layer and external layer, such as external black color and interaly layer orange color.
