The final products are clean PET bottle flakes, which is suitable for producing PET fiber, PET sheet, PET bottles and PET packing straps, etc. The PET flakes could be sold at the material market as raw material or for self-use.

1. Through washing several times, the soil and sand can be removed, and PE label and PVC label can be separated.
2. Manual selecting can get rid of bottles of different material, label scrap, metal and other rubbish; this offers a safe way to go on the next procedures.
3. Specially designed crusher for PET bottles, smooth feeding, low energy consumption and low noise, high output. Strong structure, low maintenance cost with long working life. Crusher with water also helps to clean the bottles and reduce PET scraps so that the using life of blades can be saved a lot.
4. Float washing, hot washing, friction washing aims to the finally purify of bottles. Labels, caps, glue and other dirty things can be removed.
5. Centrifuge dewatering machine with high-speed rotating, the centrifuge power will remove water from the PET flakes. Air label separator device could further remove PVC labels.
