The PE PP double rank plastic granulating machines has two extruders, also called mother-baby extruders. One extruder is big with screw LD 28-33:1, with bigger power motor, another is small with screw LD 10：1, and smaller power motor. Each extruder has one hydraulic screen / mesh changer for filtering the melted material for better cleaning. So double rank plastic granulating machine has double screen changers / double filters, the plastic granules are pure with high quality.
The double rank granulating machine is quite suitable for waste plastic recycling. The extruder barrel has vacuum pump to take out the moisture of the melt material. The double rank granulating machine model also could help to make further moisture reduce when material enter the second extruder (baby extruder) from the first extruder (mother extruder).

Metal detector is available for the belt conveyor. This metal detector could detect any metal and stop the belt conveyor and give alarm till metal is removed manually. This device could protect the mother extruder screw of the double rank plastic granulating machine.
For electric parts, we use international famous brand electrics, such as Siemens, Schneider, Ormon, RKC, ABB, Delta, etc. Siemens PLC and touch screen control is available.
The control cabinet could control the complete PE PP double rank (mother baby type) plastic granulating machine.
