According to different material, we could use single stage extruder plastic granulating machine, or double rank / double stage plastic granulating / pelletizing machine. The double rank granulating machine has two extruders with double hydraulic filters. This design could get more clean plastic granules.

We have good design for the barrel degassing system with powerful vacuum pump. This design could get the moisture fully out from the material. So the final plastic granules will be no air bubs.

Metal detector is available on the belt feeder of the plastic PE PP film bag granulating recycling machine. This is to prevent any metal enter the machine to cause damage.

The electric control cabinet of the plastic recycling granulating machine line adopts international famous brands, such as Siemens, Schneider, ABB, Delta, Ormon, RKC, etc. Siemens PLC with touch screen control is an option.
