Double PVC Pipe Extrusion Line

The double PVC pipe extrusion production line is mainly used to produce PVC pipes in 16-63mm by SJZ65/132 conical twin screw extruder for electric conduit pipes and water pipes, or 75-140mm in twin pipe by SJZ80/156 conical twin screw extruder for water pipes.

The complete plastic PVC double / twin extrusion production line includes high speed mixer unit, conical twin screw extruder, double pipe extrusion mold, double cavity vacuum calibration tank, haul off and cutting machine, stacker. Laser printer is available for printing pipe size info and company name.

There are also PVC failure pipe crusher and pulverizer necessary for set up PVC pipe production plant. These machines will crush the waste pipe and mill to fine powder. It could mix with virgin material to reproduce the PVC pipes.
