The SGK series PVC pipe belling machine, also called PVC pipe socketing machine, is a necessary machine for PVC pipe production factory.
It could enlarge one end of PVC pipe in U shape and R shape for PVC pipes easy insert connection.
We could offer Auto belling and semi auto PVC pipe belling machine / Socketing Machine for pipe size 16mm up to 630mm.
For 16-63mm, we could offer double pipe belling in U shape, so it could match double PVC pipe production line.
We also could design the PVC pipe belling machine / socketing machine with one oven and double oven for different requirements.

Double Oven PVC pipe Belling Machine (external pressure device and water cooling is available)
The PVC pipe belling machine adopts PLC control, with our program, it could auto take the pipe from the pipe production line to the oven, and auto rotate during heating. Then it will auto send the heated pipe to belling zone for belling. The complete production is fully automatic. The belling zone could be equipped with external pressure device and water cooling for large diameter thick wall pipes.
