The PVC door frame profile extrusion line can produce any specification / design of PVC door frame within 240mm width, the equipment mainly consists of SJZ65/132 conical twin-screw extruder, calibration table, haul-off unit, cutter, stacker, etc. The equipment configuration is advanced, well-made. The main electrical control components adopt high quality brands such as Siemens contactor, ABB inverter, Omron temperature controller. We could use digital control system, as well as Siemens PLC with touch screen control system. This PVC door frame extrusion line also could produce other shape PVC profiles and WPC profiles.

Beide or Huabin 37KW AC motor, ABB inverter, Siemens contactor, Chinese famous brand gearbox ( vertical or horizontal)

Conical twin screw and barrel is made of 38CrMoA1A, with good nitriding process for long service life.
