The complete PVC pipe extrusion line is composed of conical twin screw extruder, PVC pipe extrusion mold, calibration sleeves, vacuum calibration tank, haul off machine, cutting machine, stacker or automatic PVC pipe belling socket machine, laser printer. The PVC pipe extrusion machine is widely used to produce electric conduit pipes, water drainage pipes and water supply pipes, etc.

The production procedure is to mix PVC resin powder, CACO3 powder and other additives according to formula, then feed mixed material to extruder, with different diameter molds, through the vacuum calibration tank, haul off, cutting, then stacker or belling machine. The failure pipes could be crushed and pulverized to PVC powder, which could be mixed with virgin PVC material and reproduce PVC pipes.

To set a PVC pipe production factories, you will need not only the PVC pipe extrusion machine, but also PVC high speed mixer, PVC pipe crusher, PVC pulverizer, etc. The air compressor and water chiller are also necessary for the PVC pipe production factory.
