● Vacuum tank can be equipped with automatic vacuum degree control system, to realize automatic water level and vacuum degree control, also reduce power consumption in long run.

● Gravimetric dosing system is for choice, it can make operation easier, control pipe wall thickness and meter weight accurately, also can show the power consumption per unit weight for the pipe.

This design could give high output with lower power consumption. It could reach max around 400KG/h output. With one set 9m long vacuum calibration tank and one set 9m long spraying cooling tank, it could guarantee the pipe in good round shape and fast cooling to keep round shape. This 75-250mm PE pipe production line has a 3-claw caterpillar haul off machine and dust-free cutter, with Siemens PLC and ABB inverter control, for stable haul off performance and set length auto cutting.
