Our new high-speed HDPE double wall corrugated pipe production line includes two set high efficient single screw extruders, with Simens PLC control, horizontal corrugated calibration machine, with UPS, water cooling tank, cutting machine and pipe stacker.
We supply horizontal type of HDPE double wall corrugated pipe extrusion production machine line from size 50mm to 600mm. Different from the vertical type of corrugated pipe line, the horizontal type of corrugator is much easy in operation and can achieve high production speed. The whole HDPE DWC double wall production line is centralized to be controlled by Siemens PLC control system.
