3 Layer PE Pipe Production Line

Sunrise Machinery could supply single layer and 3-layer plastic HDPE / PE pipe extrusion production line for different diameter. The HDPE pipes are widely used in the field of water drainage, water supply, irrigation and gas supply, etc. In different application, the co-extrusion 3-layer PE pipe production line could reduce pipe cost with recycled PE material in middle layer and increase pipe strength with adding polymer composite material.

The 3 layers ratio could be 10: 80: 10 to 3 same thickness layers. There are two types of 3-layer PE pipe production line. One is ABA 3-layer PE pipe production line with two main extruders; another is ABC 3-layer PE pipe extrusion line with 3 main extruders beside the color line extruder.

Sunrise plastic HDPE / PE pipe extrusion production machine line adopts high efficient single screw extruder LD 38:1, with Chinese famous brand high torque gearbox, the extrusion line has the feature of high output, low energy consumption, stable performance, etc. The vacuum calibration tank and cooling tanks are made of stainless steel SUS304 for anti-rust and long using life. The electrics elements and pneumatic parts also from international and Chinese famous brands, such as Siemens, Schneider, ABB, Omron, Delixi, etc. We could offer the plastic HDPE /PE pipe extrusion production machine line from 16mm up to 1200mm

• Whole PE pipe extrusion production line adopts digital control system or touch screen and PLC control, linked to achieve high degree of automation.
• Screw with L/D ratio 38:1 or 40:1, can realize high output extrusion with low melt temperature and low power consumption.
• Large diameter die head with core cooling, also with air cooling inside pipe, to have good pipe forming.
• Vacuum tank can be equipped with automatic vacuum degree control system, to realize automatic water level and vacuum degree control, also reduce power consumption in long run.
• Gravimetric dosing system is for choice, it can make operation easier, control pipe wall thickness and meter weight accurately, also can show the power consumption per unit weight for the pipe.
• By changing some parts, extrusion line can produce single layer or multi-layer pipe.

Haul off and Cutting Machine

Haul off machine adopts 2 claw up to 10 claw caterpillars according to different pipe diameter, with inverter to control haul off speed.

The cutting machine adopts Siemens PLC and computer for control, it could auto cut and manually cut pipes.
