Mechanical Characters

1. Extruder adopts quality alloy screw and barrel with nitriding process; Chinese famous brand high torque gearbox, cast-aluminum heating circles, high quality thermo-controllers, air blowers for cooling, AC inverter for speed control.
2. Calibrating tables adopts special cooling system, which can guarantee the effective cooling. The water contacted parts are made of stainless steel SUS304 for long service life.
3. Haul off machine adopts special lifting technology, which works stably with powerful hauling force.
4. Cutting machine works together with extrusion line synchronously, installed with length-setting unit, which can guarantee high speed cutting, uniform length of cutting.

5. Robot hand is equipped with the PVC WPC door panel extrusion production machine. This robot hand could automatically take the door panel from the production line and stack evenly. This will reduce man labor.
