The 20-90mm HDPE pipe production line PE pipe making machine was tested with 90mm diameter pipe mold today. Every machine we will test before shipment to make sure it is in good conditions for delivery. This 20-90mm HDPE pipe production line / PE pipe making machine can produce 20mm, 32mm, 40mm, 50mm, 63mm, 75mm and 90mm HDPE pipes for water. We use SJ65/33 high efficient single screw extruder for this HDPE pipe production line, it could reach max 200-250kg/h output. The extruder main motor is 55KW, with one set SJ25/25 single screw extruder for the color line marking.

The 20-90mm HDPE pipe production line / PE pipe making machine has one set 9m long vacuum calibration tank, which is made of stainless steel SUS304, the internal and external pipes are all made of SUS304 for long service life and quality performance. It has 2 set vacuum pumps and 2 set water pumps for better pipe cooling and good shape calibration.
We use two caterpillar haul off machine for this 20-90mm HDPE pipe production line / PE pipe making machine. The haul off block is made of quality rubber, the haul off speed is controlled by ABB inverter. Laser printer is equipped for this HDPE pipe production line.
There is one set non-dust cutting machine with Siemens touch screen and PLC to control.
