20-40mm double PVC pipe production line has one set SJZ51/105 conical twin screw extruder with 18.5KW AC motor, one set double PVC pipe extrusion mold, with 20, 25, 32, 40mm calibration sleeves, double cavity PVC pipe vacuum calibration tank, double haul off and cutting machine, double pipe stacker, and one set laser printer with servo motor to move between the double pipes. Sunrise Machinery tested this 20-40mm double PVC pipe production line / PVC pipe machine with 40mm mold for customer's inspection. The testing was sucessful and this PVC pipe production line was accepted by our customer happily.
