WPC Wood Plastic Profile Production Line

WPC wood plastic profile production line could produce various shape WPC profiles, such has WPC decking, WPC fence, wall panel, WPC door frame, WPC door, etc.

The process flow of this line is PP/PE/PVC + wood powder + additive- mixing-material feeder-twin screw extruder-mold -Calibration table-cutting unit-discharge rack.
This WPC profile extrusion line adopts conical twin screw extruder, which has degassing system to ensure the excellent material plasticization. The mold and calibrator adopt wearable material; the haul-off machine and cutter machine could be designed as complete unit or separate machine.

Conical Twin Screw Extruder (Siemens PLC and touch screen control is available)

Screw & barrel is made of 38CrMoA1A, with nitriding for long service life.

Famous brand AC motor and gearbox for stable performance.

WPC Mold
We offer double output WPC mold and single output WPC mold according to the size of the WPC profile.

Calibration table
The calibration table has stable steel frame and the material contacted by water is SUS304 stainless steel. We have multi-dimension position adjustment system. With precious layout of water pumps and vacuum calibrator, the WPC profile will be rapidly shaping and cooling. Enough length of the calibration table ensures the shaping of the WPC profile.

Haul off and Cutter Unit

For PE PP & Wood WPC profile production, the haul off machine is not very necessary.

For PVC & wood WPC profile production, the haul off machine is necessary.

With haul off machine, the wood plastic WPC profile production line has more applications. It also could produce PVC profiles.
We provide saw cutter for the WPC profile production line. With the automatic control system on the unit, the whole process is intelligent and easy-operation.
