We developed this plastic PVC pipe bending machine to make bending PVC pipes with 45 degree or 90 degree or other degrees, with U shape socket at the two ends for connection PVC pipes. This bended PVC pipes could be used as PVC pipe fittings, but with less cost.

The PVC pipe bending machine consists of PVC pipe heating oven, PVC pipe bending machine and bending molds. Every diameter and length and bending degree will need one set bending mold. For small diameters, one bending mold could bend two pc pipes. For large diameter PVC pipes, lone bending mold only bend one pc pipe. The working flow of this plastic PVC pipe bending machine is put the PVC pipes into heating oven for heating, then manually take the heated PVC pipes into the bending machine with relative bending molds to make bended PVC pipes. The U shape sockets of the two ends of PVC pipes will be auto made when bending the pipes.
