110-450mm PE Pipe Production Line

HDPE pipe has the feature of corrosion resistance, impact resistance, and long service life. HDPE pipe is mainly used for water supply pipes, water drainage pipes, farm irrigation pipes and gas pipes, etc.

The 110-450mm HDPE pipe production line could produce all the diameters between 110mm and 450mm, like 200mm, 250mm, 315mm, 355mm, etc. Sunrise Machinery could supply HDPE / PE pipe extrusion production machine lines to produce PE pipes from 16 to 1200mm with virous wall thicknesses.

• Whole PE pipe extrusion production line adopts digital control system or touch screen and PLC control, linked to achieve high degree of automation.
• Screw with L/D ratio 38:1 or 40:1, can realize high output extrusion with low melt temperature and low power consumption.
• Large diameter die head with core cooling, also with air cooling inside pipe, to have good pipe forming.
• Vacuum tank can be equipped with automatic vacuum degree control system, to realize automatic water level and vacuum degree control, also reduce power consumption in long run.
• Gravimetric dosing system is for choice, it can make operation easier, control pipe wall thickness and meter weight accurately, also can show the power consumption per unit weight for the pipe.
• By changing some parts, extrusion line can produce single layer or multi-layer pipe.

This 110mm – 450mm HDPE / PE pipe extrusion production machine line adopts screw diameter 70mm extruder, 38:1 LD highly efficient bimetallic screw and barrel, with high torque gearbox and 185KW AC motor, it could produce max 600-700kg/h quality HDPE pipes. The vacuum calibration tank is 9m long, with two set 6m long or 9m long cooling tank for better cooling to reach high production output. We use 4 caterpillars haul off machine and dust-free cutting machine for this 110-450mm HDPE pipe production line, it could produce wide range HDPE pipes in one machine to save investment cost for customers.

The meter weight control device is available in the HDPE pipe production to get exact wall thicknesses. With Siemens PLC and touch screen and high precision electric weighing sensor to control the material feeding speed.

There is cooling water tank for cooling water in circulation. It could auto supply fresh water according to the water temperature. Manual valve for manual adding cooling water. Made of SUS304 stainless steel and glass, with one powerful water pump.

4 Claw caterpillars haul off machine and dust-free cutting machine

Servo motor is available for the haul off machine, AC inverter or servo inverter to control haul off speed.

Dust free cutting machine is controlled by Siemens PLC, cutting speed is controlled by AC inverter, usually ABB brand.
