The PE (Polyethylene) pipe is a type of plastic pipe that has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, impact resistance, and long service life. PE pipe is mainly used for water supply pipes, water drainage pipes, farm irrigation pipes and gas pipes, etc.

 

This 16-110mm PE pipe extrusion production line designed by Sunrise Machinery, could produce all diameter PE pipes between 16mm to 110mm with virous wall thickness in good shape and smooth internal / external surface.

This 110mm PE pipe production line is composed of SJ65/33 highly efficient single screw extruder with 55kw AC motor, high torque gearbox, bimetallic screw and barrel, 16-110mm PE pipe extrusion mold and cooper calibration sleeves, 9M long vacuum calibration tank (made of SUS304), 9M water cooling tank, 2 claw haul off machine, dust free cutter, double winder machine for 16-63 or 75mm, single winder machine for 75-110mm.

 

The electrics elements of this 16-110mm PE pipe extrusion production line are from international and Chinese famous brands, such as Siemens, Schneider, ABB, Omron, Delixi, etc. We could offer the plastic HDPE /PE pipe extrusion production machine line from 16mm up to 1200mm.

• Whole PE pipe extrusion production line adopts digital control system or touch screen and PLC control, linked to achieve high degree of automation.
• Screw with L/D ratio 38:1 or 40:1, can realize high output extrusion with low melt temperature and low power consumption.
• Large diameter die head with core cooling, also with air cooling inside pipe, to have good pipe forming.
• Vacuum tank can be equipped with automatic vacuum degree control system, to realize automatic water level and vacuum degree control, also reduce power consumption in long run.
• Gravimetric dosing system is for choice, it can make operation easier, control pipe wall thickness and meter weight accurately, also can show the power consumption per unit weight for the pipe.
• By changing some parts, extrusion line can produce single layer or multi-layer pipe.
