PVC high speed mixer is a necessary machine for PVC pipe and PVC profile production. This high speed mixer is also widely used in rubber and chemical industry for raw material preparation. The PVC high speed mixer includes hot mixer, cold mixer and control cabinet. Screw feeder and vacuum feeder is an option for customer to choose for feeding the material from ground to hot mixer.
The working process of the high speed mixer for PVC production is feeding raw material (PVC, CACO3 and additives) to hot mixer, when the mixed material in hot mixer reach the preset temperature, the hot mixer will auotmatically discharge material to cold mixer for cooling. The cold mixer has a double layer wall and internal cooling ring for connection with cooling water. The cooling water shall be less than 15 degree for fast cooling. When the PVC mixture in cold mixer reaches the preset temperature, the cold mixer will automatically discharge. The operator could feed the mixture to extruders for pipe or profile production.
SRL-Z500/1000 PVC high speed mixer is a very popular model. This model PVC high speed mixer could mix 150kg per batch, one hout could mix 5 batches, so one hour mixing capacity is around 750kg. Normal PVC pipe or PVC profile production line could produce 150-200kg/h output, so one SRL-Z500/1000 high speed mixer could feed 3 to 5 production lines.

The hot mixer is for heating up the PVC mixture to set temperature by high speed friction force. The cold mixer with low speed mixing and cooling ring and water jacket to cool down the material.

Tank cover is made of cast aluminum.
