Plastic pipe production line process flow refers to a series of process steps taken in the production process of plastic pipes. The following will introduce the various links in the process flow of plastic pipe production line in detail.

Raw material preparation is the first step in the process flow of plastic pipe production line. Generally, the raw materials required for the production of plastic pipes are plastic particles such as polyethylene or polypropylene. Before production, the raw materials need to be screened, crushed and stirred to ensure the quality and uniformity of the raw materials.

The extrusion process is the core link of the process flow of plastic pipe production line. In the extruder, the pretreated plastic particles are heated to a molten state, and then through the extrusion feed port, the molten plastic is formed into a tube through the extrusion port of the mold through the propulsion action of the screw. During the extrusion process, it is necessary to pay attention to controlling the extrusion speed and temperature to ensure the quality and size of the pipe.

Cooling and shaping are important links in the process flow of plastic pipe production line. After the pipe is extruded, the hot plastic needs to be quickly cooled by a cooling device to solidify it. The cooling device usually adopts water cooling, and the cooling water flows through the pipe surface through the pipe to reduce its temperature. The cooled plastic pipe enters the shaping device, and through the action of the mold or mold sleeve, the pipe has the required shape and size.

Cutting and testing are the subsequent steps of the plastic pipe production line process. The shaped plastic pipe is cut by the cutting machine to the required length. After the cutting is completed, the cut pipe needs to be quality tested. Commonly used testing methods include appearance inspection, pipe diameter measurement, wall thickness measurement, etc. to ensure the quality and qualified rate of the pipe.

Packaging and transportation are the last stage of the plastic pipe production line process. The plastic pipes that have passed the quality inspection are packaged by the packaging machine. Common packaging methods include bundling, packaging film sealing, etc. After packaging, the plastic pipes can be transported, usually using transportation tools such as containers or pallets to ensure the safety of the pipes during transportation.

Through the above introduction to the process of the plastic pipe production line, we can understand the various process links taken in the production process of plastic pipes. Each link is crucial and needs to be strictly controlled and operated to ensure the quality and production efficiency of plastic pipes.
