We tested the high speed 75-250mm PVC pipe making machine before shipment for customer's inspection. This PVC pipe making machine has one set Conical Twin Screw Extruder with 75kw AC motor, one set color line extruder, 75-250mm PVC pipe mold, vacuum calibration tank, 3 claw haul off machine, planetary cutting machine and pipe stacker. The control cabinet also has one set air conditioner for cooling the electrics. This PVC pipe machine could produce 600kg/h output for 250mm PVC pipes.
The conical twin screw extruder has Siemens touch screen for operation with Siemens PLC.
