This PVC pipe production line could produce from 75mm to 250mm diameter PVC water pipes with different wall thickness. We use SJZ65/132 conical twin screw extruder, with ABB inverter, Siemens contactor, Omron temperature controller, etc. The max output of this extruder is around 260kg/h. The vacuum calibration tank of this PVC pipe production line is 6 m long with powerful vacuum pump and water pump for the round pipe calibration. 3 claw haul off machine and planetary cutter are adopted in this PVC pipe production line.
