According to customer's specific requirement, Sunrise Machinery produce the HDPE pipe production line with Siemens PLC and touch screen for controlling the complete machine. There is also meter weight auto control system. This device will guarantee the PE pipe with exact wall thickness as required. The extruder is SJ65/33 with 55Kw AC motor.
The voltage of the customer's country is 220V 60hz 3 Phase. So we use Teco AC inverter suitable for 220V and 55Kw AC Beide brand motor 220V 60Hz.
The vacuum calibration tank of this HDPE Pipe extrusion machine is 9m long with 2 set 6m long cooling tank. All made of SUS304 stainlss steel.
Haul off machine of 110mm HDPE pipe production line is two caterpillar. This machine is equipped with 1.3KW Teco servo motor.
Cutting machine of this 110mm PE pipe extrusion machine is controlled by Siemens PLC. Fast speed cutting without dust.
