Recently we tested the 140-160mm high speed PVC pipe extrusion production line for customer's inspection. This customer is from Africa, the 140mm and 160mm PVC pipes are mostly hot selling diameters in this country, he needs one high speed PVC pipe production line to get high output upto 600kg/h. We designed the machine with a high speed conical twin screw extruder, 75Kw motor, high torque gearbox. The screw and barrel is high speed type with special treatment for wear-resistance. The haul off machine of this PVC pipe making machine adopts servo motor. The vacuum calibration tank is 8 m long with one set 6m long water spraying cooling tank for better cooling. The complete PVC pipe exgtrusion line is controlled by the Siemens PLC and touch screen. We make special control for the haul off machine. When cutting the pipe, the haul off machine will slow the hual off speed, so the end of the pipe could be thicker. The Customer needs to make threads on the end of pipe for well pipes.
