We tested the 100mm and 200mm for our customer's inspection this month. This HDPE double wall corrugated pipe machine has two set extruders, one extruder for internal solid wall extrusion, and another for external corrugated pipe extrusion. For better production and easy operation, we designed one extrusion die head for one diameter pipes. For this DWC pipe machine, there are 100mm, 150mm and 200mm 3 set extrusion die heads and 3 set corrugated pipe molds.
The complete HDPE double wall corrugated pipe machine / DWC pipe production line has Siemens PLC and Siemens touch screen to control, ABB inverter and Siemens contactor.
