For example, this kind of PVC pipe extrusion line could produce 2pc 25mm PVC pipes or 2 pc 50mm PVC pipes at same time. You could get double quantity PVC pipes than single PVC pipe extrusion line.
For now, 16-63mm twin PVC pipe extrusion line is very popular. It has the advantage of lower power consumption and higher output. We also could supply 75-160mm twin PVC pipe making machine. But 16-63mm or 20-63mm double PVC pipe extrusion line is more popular.
We could use SJZ51/105 conical twin screw extruder with 18.5KW AC main motor for 20-40mm twin pipe production, or we could use SJZ65/132 conical twin screw extruder with 37KW AC motor for upto 63mm twin pipe production. If you want to produce upto 160mm in twin pipe, we shall use SJZ80/156 conical twin screw extruder with 55KW AC motor. This bigger model extruder could produce upto 160mm in twin pipe or upto 315 or 400mm in single pipe.
