Some customers have PVC profile extrusion machine line, they would like to know if this machine could produce WPC profiles and if need any modification. Actually, the WPC profile extrusion machine is same as PVC profile extrusion machine or much simple than PVC profile machine.
The PVC profile extrusion machine line has conical twin screw extruder, extrusion mold, vacuum calibration table(2 or 4 set vacuum pumps), haul off machine, cutting machine and stacker. If we produce PE PP + wood powder ( PE/PP WPC), in fact the haul off machine is not necessary, and vacuum calibration table also don't need more vacuum pumps as PVC profile machine, one set vacuum pump is enough.

Haul off and cutting machine could be made separately. for PE PP WPC production, just cutting machine is enough. The haul off machine is not very necessary.

But if we produce PVC WPC or foamed PVC WPC profiles, such as door frame, door panel, etc, the machine will be same as PVC profile extrusion machine line. The good vacuum power and haul off machine are necessary.
So the PVC profile extrusion line could produce both PE/PP WPC and PVC WPC profiles. If you don't produce PVC profiles, just PE/PP WPC, the machine cost is lower than PVC profile extrusion machine, as the haul off machine could be removed.
