The SRL-W PVC high speed mixer unit is for mixing PVC resins and additives, the PVC dry blend mixture could be feed into twin screw extruders for PVC pipe & PVC profiles production. The plastic PVC high speed mixer is a necessary equipment for PVC pipe and PVC profile production factories.

The SRL-W series PVC mixer unit is composed of high speed mixer (hot mixer), horizontal cooling mixer and control cabinet. The PVC high speed mixer with horizontal cooling mixer has large production capacity than SRL-Z series PVC high speed mixer with vertical cooling mixer.

We use 6-10mm stainless steel SUS304 for the internal wall construction with fine polishing. The fine polishing will reduce the friction during mixing. It will guarantee the mixer could use for long time under the high friction.
The mixing blades are made of SUS304 and passed the static and dynamic balance testing. (Tungsten carbide spraying treatment is available for long service time)

And the main shaft adopts fine sealing to prevent material leakage.

Top brands electric components such as Siemens, Schneider, ABB, Omron and RKC are used for the control system, as well as quality pneumatic elements. Simens touch screen and PLC control is available for your special requirements
