PVC garden hose production line, also called as PVC braided hose production line, PVC fiber reinforced pipe production line. This PVC garden hose production line could produce PVC braided hoses with diameter 16-63mm. The complete production line has two extruders, one for internal layer and one for external layer coating, after the fiber braided on the internal layer.
This kind of PVC soft hose with fiber reinforced, is non-toxic, transparent, pressure resistance, tensile resistance, acid resistance, corrosion resistance, beautiful appearance, soft and lightweight, durable. Suitable for pressure corrosive gas, liquid transporting, widely used in machinery, coal, petroleum, chemical industry, agricultural irrigation, construction, civil (solar heater, gas tank etc.) and other fields. Now also widely used as garden hose, lawn watering irrigation hose, etc.
We use single screw extruders for the PVC garden hose production line. The raw materials are PVC granules. We could supply PVC granulating machine as well.
